Associate Specialist in Emergency Medicine
Associate Specialist grade: £66,249 - £108,394 per annum (dependent on experience)The States of Guernsey are seeking to appoint an Associate Specialist in Emergency Medicine to join the team at Hospital Services. The post-holder will be expected to work with the Health and Social Care Committee (HSC) managers and professional colleagues to ensure the efficient delivery of clinical services. He/she will be expected to observe the departments agreed policies and procedures, drawn up in consultation with professionals on clinical matters, and to follow the policies, standing orders and financial instructions of the HSC.

Getting Here
There are regular flights and ferries between the UK and Guernsey. Gatwick Airport and Southampton are two of the many airports that you can fly from, and flights can take as little as 40 minutes.
Relocating and How We Can Help
The States of Guernsey offers a generous relocation package for successful applicants who are required to relocate to the island from outside of the Bailiwick to take up specific posts. This includes an Employment Permit that enables individuals and their immediate families to live and work in Guernsey, initial financial support to move to the island, further assistance adjusting to the local economy, and may also include additional support with storage expenses.
If you are relocating with a spouse we are able to offer your partner a Family Member's Employment Permit which enables them to work in any sector in Guernsey.
