What does the Town Seafront mean to you?

On Thursday 12th November, the first in a series of workshop events was held to enable Islanders to provide their views on what the objectives might be for the future of the Town Seafront. Over 50 people registered to attend, representing the views of various different organisations and groups including retail and hospitality, marine trades and motoring organisations.  Attendees included the Chamber of Commerce, St Peter Port Constables, pedestrian safety group Living Streets and the Town Centre Partnership.

Overall, the feedback from those who attended was very positive.

All of the material used and created during the workshop will be posted here shortly, so keep checking this page for an update.

This is the beginning of extensive public consultation on this topic and there will be other opportunities for you to get involved either at future workshops or through other forms of consultation in the near future.

To register your interest in attending future events, please email publicservices@gov.gg
