Responses Recieved from a recent consultation - Guernsey's Insolvency Regime suggested that introducing legislation locally, equivalent to the UK Low Value Debt Relief Order in respect of personal insolvency, may benefit people who find themselves in a never-ending cycle of debt through no fault of their own.
