If your Vehicle Registration Certificate / logbook has been lost, stolen or destroyed please complete the application form for a duplicate here.
The fee of £16.00 should be submitted along with the application. The completed form can be scanned and emailed to dvl@gov.gg or posted to us. If you are posting/emailing the application and would like to pay by debit/credit card, please supply your contact telephone number and we will call to take payment over the phone.
