The Scrutiny Management Committee (SMC) is holding a public hearing with the Committee for Health & Social Care at the Castel Douzaine Room, between 10:00 and 12:00 on Wednesday 1st March 2023.
The Panel will include Deputy Yvonne Burford (Chair), Deputy Simon Fairclough and Former-States Member Michelle Le Clerc.
This is a formal parliamentary proceeding and therefore members of the public are welcome to attend in an observational capacity but are not able to ask questions or make any comment whilst the hearing is in progress.

The President of the Scrutiny Management Committee, Deputy Yvonne Burford, commented:
