As an emergency response agency, emails are not routinely monitored and contact requiring urgent attention should be made by calling 01481 221111, or 999 if an emergency response is required.
The Guernsey Fire & Rescue Service seeks to provide an initial response to emails within 5 working days. Depending on the subject, email enquiries should be sent as follows:
