Income Tax staff will be on hand at Waitrose (Admiral Park) during the next two Wednesdays to answer questions from islanders about filing returns online.
The community engagement events, on Wednesday 26th October and Wednesday 2nd November, are part of the continued drive to try and encourage more people to utilise the online filing system.
Staff from the team that deals with online tax returns will be outside the Waitrose café between 9am and midday on both days.
Tim Loveridge, Director of Income Tax, said the online filing system was simple to use and efficient.
"While we understand that many people are used to filing their annual return using the paper form, and those will still be available, choosing to use the online system brings several additional benefits.
It takes less time to complete and, perhaps more importantly for our customers, it will ensure your return is processed quicker.
I would encourage anyone with questions about online tax returns to come down to Waitrose and speak with the team."
