A bit about us
The purpose of Health and Social Care in Guernsey and Alderney is to protect, promote and improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and the community.
In order to do this, we operate a wide range of services across many different teams, but our approach is always an integrated one. We work collaboratively, to provide the essential services needed by thousands of individuals. The varied nature of our work means that there is plenty of choice and opportunity for those kickstarting their career, those with advanced experience and those who are looking to support our services in many other ways.
Collaborative working is at the heart of what we do, as we are always engaging with fellow Health & Social Care professionals, colleagues, agencies, the third sector and the community. Our working environments allow for the time needed to get to know your colleagues and service users, so you can develop healthy, productive relationships.

We are currently going through an exciting time of change and transformation to make our system more efficient.
