Further to an access to public information request from one of the industry stakeholders who contributed to the PwC report Tourism Product and Customer Experience Strategic Review, the Committee for Economic Development has agreed to bring forward the publication of the full, albeit redacted, report.
The report has been redacted by the report's authors, not the Committee, and it has been done to protect commercial sensitivities of third parties.
Over the last twelve months the summary report, which included the key findings and recommendations from PwC, has been shared with stakeholders and industry members. A number of the recommendations are being considered, and where feasible progressed, by the Committee or as part of the Seafront Enhancement Area programme. The Committee was intending to publish the substantive version of the report with a review of the tourism strategy, which will be published later this year.
The Committee is grateful to all stakeholders for their contribution to the review.
