States of Guernsey Property Services is seeking tenders from those interested in running a kiosk at one of the Island's most popular beaches.
L'Estrainfer Kiosk sits at the western end of Cobo Bay. The concession agreement for operating this kiosk would be for a fixed period of three years, in line with the standard terms for Property Services' concession agreements.
Mark Ogier, Head of Estates Strategy said:
"Our coastal kiosks offer a unique and valuable service in key locations around the Island. The Kiosks can be operated year round with the primary period between Good Friday and 30 September in each year."
