As there were restrictions on public gatherings, the States' Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 27th January was postponed until Monday 1st February. It took place remotely and was livestreamed via MS Teams. The States considered Billet d'État IV (which includes the business originally in Billets d'État II and III).
