We have a new and rare opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager within our CI Healthcare Group at Green Oaks Nursing Home.  Nestled in the tranquil countryside of St Saviours, Green Oaks is a beautifully adapted Nursing Home, with purpose-built facilities for 17 Residents with a range of nursing needs.

What is offered and details of this Registered Manager position:

A permanent contract to work full-time days, with some flexibility required due to the seniority of the role

A competitive annual salary, dependant on experience

A great working environment, with the opportunities to work as part of a company-wide Senior Management Team.

As Home Manager you will provide effective management and guidance to healthcare and wider teams, ensuring the best possible standards of care are maintained and that a cost-effective service is delivered without compromising on delivery of person-centred care.

What we are looking for in a Registered Manager:

NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD considered dependant on clinical skills.

Evidence of formal management training relevant to the role and a willingness to develop.

Experienced in a supervisory role within a UK or Guernsey Nursing Home setting

Experience/interest in caring for individuals with complex physical and mental health issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dynamic, with strong problem-solving abilities

Able to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and advocate on behalf of Residents or the Home

A strong leader and able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of standards and legislation relevant to a Guernsey nursing home.

Financially aware and able to manage and adhere to budgets
