Public Health Services is asking individuals who were identified as a positive case of COVID-19 in the Bailiwick between September 2020 and March 2021 to complete a questionnaire about their experiences.
The questionnaire, which should take no more than 15 minutes to complete, will help the team to understand:
- the possible healthcare needs of people who have had COVID-19; and
- how these needs may differ according to which variant of the SARS-CoV-2 virus a person was infected with; and
- how these needs may differ according to whether they were fully or partially vaccinated against COVID-19 at the time of their infection.
The survey is open from today until 31 May 2021 and can be completed online here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/covidrecoveryguernsey or using the button below.
Paper copies of the survey can be requested by calling 01481 227311 or by emailing publichealth@gov.gg
Parents/guardians of children aged under-16 who had a positive diagnosis of coronavirus are invited to complete the survey on behalf of the child.
