The survey provided us with lots of valuable feedback about how we can improve our service delivery and in January 2016 we released the results from the first section of the survey. The first section asked for feedback on your overall satisfaction with service delivery and the results show that there is good practice in a number of areas but there are some areas that need improvement. The full details of this can be found in the downloads section on this page.
Since then we have been working on the results from the second half of the survey, where we asked for detailed feedback of your recent experiences by service area. We shared this valuable feedback with our service areas to ensure we continue to improve the services we deliver.
The results from the survey have also been used to develop our Customer Charter which tells you, our customers, what level of service you should expect from the States of Guernsey. In the survey you told us that you want quick, easy, accessible, value for money, friendly and helpful public service that meet the needs of the whole community and the Customer Charter is our commitment to deliver that.
