The Revenue Service is responsible for the collection of income tax and social security contributions for Guernsey, Alderney and Herm.
If you have just arrived in Guernsey you will need to register with us as soon as possible. To do that you will need to complete a RS - New Arrivals/Returning to Guernsey form.
The deadline for 2022 returns was 29 February 2024.
The deadline for filing 2022 partnership returns has been extended until 29 March 2024. This is in recognition of 2022 being the first year of filing for the majority of partnerships. This extension applies only to partnership returns and the deadline for submission of all other tax returns remained 29 February 2024.
2023 personal returns have been released into the online portal. The deadline for 2023 returns is 31 January 2025.
To file online you will need an Individual MyGov Account.

Paper copies of the return will be available from 29 April 2024. Please file online if you can as this saves resources and speeds up the assessment process.
