Planning Applications Interrupted by COVID-19

As a result of the strict 'lockdown' measures that came into force in the Bailiwick on Wednesday 25th March, the consultation period on a number of planning applications was interrupted.

The Development & Planning Authority (D&PA) has agreed that all planning applications where public consultation had started, but had to be paused because of the COVID-19 lockdown, will be re-publicised. This will include issuing another site notice and publishing the application details on this webpage for a further 21 days before a formal decision on the application is made. Further information regarding the detail of each application is available in the Planning Register which can be found here.

This page was last updated at 13:30 hrs on 03 July 2020. Please note that this is only a temporary measure whilst restrictions are in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This page provides details of the Planning Applications interrupted by COVID-19 and are listed in numerical order using the last 4 digits of the Application Reference. Further information regarding the detail of each application is available in the Planning Register which can be found here.

Members of the community are able to comment on or object to a planning application. This is known as 'making a representation' and must be submitted to the Planning Service in writing. More information on what you can comment on and how to submit this to the Planning Service is available at https://gov.gg/comment_on_an_application. Representations can be made once the application details are available on this webpage. The closing date for representations will be shown under each application, once the site notification has been issued.

Due to the size of the files, it may not be possible to download the documents but you will still be able to view them. Please note that due to copyright restrictions the plans must only be viewed for the purposes of commenting on the application and not copied, transmitted or used for any other purpose. If you have any difficulties doing so, please contact the Planning Service by emailing planning@gov.gg or calling 01481 717200. Please note that the phone line is only open between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.
