This page provides details of the current 'live' planning applications and are listed in numerical order using the last 4 digits of the Application Reference. Further information regarding the detail of each application is available in the Planning Register which can be found here.
'Live' applications are those for which the 21 day site notice publicity period has not yet expired or which have been re-advertised following receipt of amended plans.
Members of the community are able to comment on or object to a planning application. This is known as 'making a representation' and must be submitted to the Planning Service in writing. More information on what you can comment on and how to submit this to the Planning Service is available at https://gov.gg/comment_on_an_application. Representations can be made once the application details are available on this webpage. The closing date for representations will be shown under each application, once the site notification has been issued. Applications are removed from this page once the 21 day public consultation period has ended but details (not including plans) can still be viewed using the web search facility here.
The content of representations is not treated as confidential and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered at a public Tribunal Hearing.
