If you are not able to complete the form online, please download a paper copy of the form from this page or contact us via schooladmissions@gov.gg or on 01481 224000 and we will post one to you, which will need to be completed and sent to your child's destination Secondary School by the same date. This information is vital to ensure that you receive further updates about the transition to Secondary School.
The School Principal will contact you during the summer term to welcome you to the school and provide details of the transition arrangements for your child.
If, for any reason, you do not require the school place allocated to your child, please contact the admissions team by e-mail schooladmissions@gov.gg as soon as possible.
