Thursday 18 March 2021
The scheduled public bus service will be operating a full service in Stage 3, as per the existing timetable issued on 6 January 2020, and will now also include the Friday and Saturday night bus services.
The only services which will not be operating in Stage 3 is the additional summer services which are listed in the timetable as running from 11 April - 12 October on specific routes. These services are primarily provided to accommodate tourism and therefore demand for these additional services will be kept under review as Guernsey progresses through the Bailiwick Blueprint.
COVID-related capacity restrictions on each bus will no longer apply, however passengers are encouraged to respect the space of others and space themselves out wherever possible.
Face coverings will no longer be a mandatory requirement on board but, as with other indoor public spaces, passengers are encouraged to consider wearing one due to the close proximity with others.
Excellent hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette (e.g. sneezing into a tissue and disposing appropriately in a general waste bin - Catch it, Bin it, Kill it) will also remain pertinent.
If you are feeling unwell, stay home and do not use the scheduled bus service.
The existing full timetable, issued on 6 January 2020, can be viewed on the CT Plus website at www.buses.gg.
For journey planning please call CT Plus on 700456.
Active travel options such as walking and cycling to your destination continue to be encouraged wherever possible as a healthy and environmentally friendly alternative to vehicular transport.
