The Development & Planning Authority confirmed last week that an Open Planning Meeting (OPM) will be held on Wednesday 23rd October to further discuss application FULL/2017/0995, regarding the Domarie & Avondale Vineries on Oatlands Lane, St Sampson's.
The OPM will take place in the Delancey/Cambridge Room at Beau Sejour at 1:15pm for a 1:30pm start. Members of the public who have previously made a representation on this application have been invited to speak but topics of discussion must be focussed on the reasons for deferral.
The video evidence provided by the applicant, an independent video produced by the Authority, and an addendum to the published planning application report are now available online at www.gov.gg/opm.
