Recruiting for new Industrial Disputes Officer and Deputy

The Employment Relations Service is looking to recruit a new Industrial Disputes Officer and Deputy Industrial Disputes Officer to play an important role in the prevention and settlement of industrial disputes.

These individuals would be responsible for:

Impartiality, independence and sound judgement are essential attributes for these roles, together with the ability to understand and apply relevant legislation. Understanding of collective bargaining arrangements would be an advantage but is not essential.
