Maternity Services are seeking feedback on your experience of and your views on how we can improve our service for women and families of the Bailiwick.
Maternity Services have a 3 year strategy to develop and improve services that are personal and based on the needs and wishes of Mothers and their families in the Bailiwick. We wish to promote a second to none experience as described in the States of Guernsey Customer Charter
In order to ensure that we meet our aspirations we need to have regular and robust engagement with women and their families who are influential in the co-design of our services as we move forward. To this end we would be delighted if you would assist us in providing your feedback via this survey.
