This service provides psychological assessment and psychological treatment for people experiencing chronic pain with conditions such as Acquired Brain Injury, stroke, MS, Parkinson's, Epilepsy. It also offers a highly effective pain management program, and consultation services are provided for other health professionals and third sector organisations on issues of chronic pain.
Clinical Leadership is provided to chronic pain teams and service developments regarding psychological wellbeing in long-term health conditions. The service consists of a Clinical Psychologist, Consultant and Specialist Pain Nurses and Physiotherapist.
Service users can be referred by their G.P. or a Consultant.

- What we do
- Spinals, Epidurals, PCA's, Nerve catheters, Nerve blocks, post-surgical pain, trauma, and all other inpatient pain.
- Offers a transitional pain service for patients who have been discharged on opioids, or those who have been discharged and suffering from uncontrolled acute pain.
- Transitional Pain patients are seen either at the Pain Management Centre or in their own homes.
