Driver & Vehicle Licensing is pleased to announce that theory tests will recommence from Monday 15 March. Online bookings are now available for those who had to postpone their theory test during earlier stages of lockdown.
These candidates have been granted an online payment token to rebook their test free of charge and can now rebook at www.traffic.gov.gg
Only candidates with a payment token for postponed tests are eligible to book for the time being, but Driver & Vehicle Licensing will announce when the booking system will be opened up for new bookings.
A reduced number of candidates will be permitted to take their test at any one time in order to comply with social distancing requirements. Additional sessions have therefore been created to compensate for this.
Practical driving tests will not be commencing until Stage 3. Information for when bookings can be made for postponed practical tests will be issued in due course.
