    Deputy Gollop to the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure	1. The States, as a component part of the Brexit machine package, approved in December 2018, a MoT private vehicle policy plan. At what date will the proposals be fully implemented?
    	2. Why have the proposals fallen behind schedule with apparent delay to assessing and deciding on initial tender bids contracts and local inspection partners?
    	3. Is Guernsey currently fully with the demands of the international Vienna Convention ensuring locally resident drivers will not be risking penalties or fines abroad on the continent of Europe?
    	4. At what point, if any, will further delay in implementing this full testing regime for locally based private cars and commercial vehicles potentially impact on the ability for such motor vehicles have restricted access to European Union roads?
